Duncan has been asked to assist with a community-led counter-proposal that reflects the aspirations of local residents as an alternative strategy to the scheme being submitted for Planning. It is hoped that the counter-proposal can be used to influence the developer's views and that the community's needs will be able to be reflected in a modified design.
